By the time the 2024 season wraps up, we will have hosted 150 families to our caravans. Our rates are easily much lower than what the Park charges and often much lower than other Hosts. We aim to provide high quality, accessible, affordable holidays for families. In some very very rare cases we get a very disrespectful guest who leaves the caravan in a right state, incurring extra cleaning costs. Some breach our Ts&Cs and Park rules.
Who does this hurt?
It hurts the families to whom we provide free respite stays, families who otherwise would not be able to afford a holiday, families who have disadvantaged children with illness or disability.
We are proud to be able to assist these families, and by the end of 2024 we will have hosted 12 of them - that’s one per month!
To do this and still cover ground rent, utilities and operational costs, we run on 0 margins and 0 profit meaning every penny earned goes back to subsidise these holidays.
So please, if you rent with us, be respectful, be kind, be selfless, be gracious. You are not only getting a low-cost holiday yourself, but you are also helping a family receive what might be their only holiday. Thank you for supporting us!
