We operate 24/ 365, to enable us to respond effectively to both the requirements of local authorities and the individual support needs of those in our care.
Mainly our services consist of:-
Secure and non-secure transport of children and young people within the care system.
Occasional 24-hour supervision of children and young people during hospital stays.
The Role:-
We require both male and female staff and making up part of a team of 2/3 you will work on a wide variety of tasks, often in demanding situations and environments, supporting people who are facing their own life challenges which are reflected in their actions. It is essential that you can be confident to manage challenging behaviour while offering support and understanding.
Requirements:-
The majority of our work is by pre-arrangement 24/48 hours in advance but as we are a 24 hour business some tasks will be emergency call-outs so you will also need to be flexible in availability'
Due to the unpredictable nature of the role work is offered on a when required basis only and paid at £10 per hour from leaving your home address to returning home once the task is finished.
If you already hold a recent satisfactory Enhanced DBS check it would be a benefit (the nature, circumstances and background of any offence will be taken into account) if not already in place we will submit successful applicants through this process.
Own transport to meet at pre-arranged points in Warrington area preferred but not essential as alternative arrangements can be made.
