The Wolf-Gym’s MMA program - Beginners welcome!

Sogo-Kakutogi ( Mixed-Martial-Arts ) training consists of Striking, Takedowns & Submissions.

Classes are held three nights a week, allowing members to then use alternate days for their supplemental training ( Strength-&-Conditioning / Running ).

Monday : 8.00pm - 9.30pm
MMA-Striking / Pad-Work, that includes Takedown Defence as well as follow-up / finishes using
Split-Level-Striking & Ground-Striking.

Wednesday : 8.00pm - 9.30pm
MMA-Ground-Fighting,
( G&P Striking with Submissions ).

Situational-Sparring - on the ground,
( Top-Position Control / Escape-to-Standing ).

Friday : 8.00pm - 9.30pm.
Standup-Sparring with Takedowns.

Situational-Sparring - Against the Cage Fence
( Takedowns / Takedown Defence ).
