With our school leavers moving onto pastures new in a few weeks - it's time to pack out the full-time team!

Lyons Removals & Storage is on the lookout for a full-time team member who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

No long CVs needed - just a willingness to work hard (physical), learn, and enjoy a laugh with the crew!

What We Offer:

💼 Full-Time Position: Steady work with occasional Saturday shifts, so you’ll have most weekends free.
🧑‍🏫 Full Training: Don’t worry if you’re new to removals - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. But you must be willing to move fast and lift heavy.
🚚 Driving License Required: You’ll need to be able to drive our vehicles, so a full license is a must.
💬 Team Banter: We work hard, but we also enjoy good banter. If you’ve got a sense of humor, you’ll fit right in.
📈 Probation Period: Start with a 3-month probation, and if all goes well, a full-time contract is yours.

Requirements:

📍 Must be able to get to and from Birchwood, Warrington for a 7am start.
⏳ Willingness to work hard and occasionally on Saturdays.

Disassembled furniture has a lot of small parts - screws, bolts, and those tricky little Allen wrenches.

Keep all these bits and pieces in a labeled "parts box" so you can easily find them when it’s time to reassemble your furniture.

It’s Monday, so you know what that means...time for another moving tip!

Gather all your important documents - like passports, birth certificates and prescriptions - and keep them with you during the move.

Don’t pack these in the moving van, these are documents that could easily be needed for proof of identity instead of routing in a flap when you arrive.

That way, they’re always accessible, just in case.
