has lots of wonderful ponies and horses for beginners and advanced riders alike that you can take out hacking on Exmoor. We took beautiful little Muffin out for a ride today 💞.

A beautiful morning at Stowey Sunflowers & Maize Maze, the maze provides great fun for little ones and the sunflower fields are just beautiful 🌻🌻🌻 (even on a cloudy August day!) Don't forget to enjoy the play equipment and refreshments at the end ☕.

We teamed the visit up with a wonderful breakfast at Blackmore Farm 🍳.

A brilliant evening at William Sitwells Supper Club 😋.

Once a month 70 people gather under a barn in Rooks Nest. One of the best chefs in the business will cook a set three course menu and it's quite honestly one of my favourite culinary experiences.

If you're visiting West Somerset check out if one of the Supper Clubs is on. We can't recommend it enough 🌟. Plus is just over a ten minute drive from our properties 💪.

We were delighted to pay Blackmore Farm a visit this week.

The cakes we're fabulous and the set up even more so... ✨ These wonderful little sheds provide for a unique dining experience, completely private so you'll never be overhead gossiping again 👀.

Blackmore Farm is near Cannington, about 25 minutes from our properties 👌.

We love that we have some of the best local food producers and suppliers on our doorstep 🙌.

From the Somerset Farmhouse butchers in Williton selling the best local meat🥩 and fish 🎣 to Glenmore Bakeries incredible baked goods🥐.

We also love The Veg Patch in Watchet supplying quality fresh produce 🍓, lots of which is from the South West 🌄.

We discovered a pretty great new place to visit here in Somerset yesterday 🌄 and I can't believe we never went before!

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm is in Clevedon, near Bristol. It's got everything from camels to lions to crocodiles and everything in between 🐊.

If you're travelling to or from West Somerset its a great pit stop about an hour and twenty minutes from our properties just off of the M5 🌟.

Meet you at the bar... bell 💪.

Yes that's right, when people come on holiday they still like to work out and I get asked where the nearest gym is 🏋️‍♂️.

We have several in the area (if running over the Quantock's or Exmoor isn't your thing 🌄).

🔵Williton has a crossfit style gym called Fortitude.

🔴Watchet has a small but perfectly formed gym at the Bowling Club, which is looking at weekly passes for visitors (pictured).

⚪There's a small gym, with sauna and steam room, as well as a pool in Blue Anchor.

⚫And Minehead has three to choose from... so take your pick 💥.

Have you seen a fyner place... 🤓

Fyne Court is situated in the heart of the Quantock Hills 🌿. A National Trust site since the 1970's it has an incredible history 📖. After a ferocious fire 🔥 in the late 1800's the incredible property was burnt to the ground with only the music hall and library surviving, which you can still visit today.

The gardens are a wonderful walk back through time to when, in the 1700's, your garden was just as important as your house when displaying wealth 💸. A folly and boat house are some of the things you can still spot today.

There's also a tea room 🍰, plenty for the kids and four legged friends 🐶 to explore and the best part? You only have to pay to park!

We've just had some of the best tapas around and couldn't wait to share Watchet's hidden gem of a restaurant with you.

A rustic feel, with just four tables, it's the intimate, high quality dining you never knew you needed to experience ✨.

The Cat's Whisker is situated down a little road of the ancient harbour town and serves some of the best cuisine around three nights a week. Be sure to book in advance!

We're very lucky ✨ here in Somerset to be surrounded by some incredibly beautiful sites.

Today we visited , an incredible house 🏡 and gardens 🌄 dating back to 1590 nestled in picturesque village of, you guessed it, Montacute.

Yup, that's another walk that requires wellies 🙈🥾.

Flooded footpaths seem to be a common occurance around the UK at the moment 😂! Luckily we're on the edge of Exmoor 🌄. So you never have to go far to reach a dry path with incredible views ♥️.

I'm pretty sure Evelyn and her bike are pretty happy staying on the lower levels and playing in the puddles though... 💦😂

We've been pretty busy over this winter period, painting all of our properties 🖌️, carrying out general maintenance 🔨 and improving everything we can in between our wonderful guests 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧.
