The Old Mill, Wells is a recently renovated stunning property based in the heart of the historic city of wells. Within a short walk from the main high street with shops, restaurants, pubs and the Wednesday and Saturday market, it is the ideal location.

The property comes with its own private parking and enjoys a courtyard at the rear with the waterway.

The property itself has 1 large double bedroom which can also fit a travel cot or travel mattress for a child. The lounge also has a full size sofa bed.

🐾 The Old Mill welcomes up to 2 dogs FREE of charge. The outside space is secure and safe for them to use. 🐾

Just recently renovated is #1 The Old Mill. A beautiful 1 double bed apartment split over two floors. The property is situated in central wells just off the main high street, which is full of wonderful shops and places to eat.
The property sleeps up to 4 people and 2 dogs: double room, double sofa bed and a travel cot can also be added for an infant. It also has a lovely secure outside space perfect for your furry friends directly next to the water way from the original mill (secure from the water), it also has a BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is 1 private parking space.

Wells is a fantastic destination and there are many days out nearby:
1. Wells catherdral
2. Bishops palace
3. Glastonbury tor
4. Cheddar gorge
5. The newt
6. Clark’s village
7. Chew valley lake
