The Big Beach Weekender is coming to Ryde this July!🏖

The Big Beach Weekender (formerly Woodland Sessions at Robin Hill), will return in 2024 with a series of multi-genre outdoor shows from 11-13 July.🤩

With acts to be announced soon, three shows have been confirmed, taking place on consecutive evenings on Ryde Harbour Beach in Ryde, with the support of Ryde Town Council.☀️

Big Beach Comedy will take place on Thursday 11 July - promising a line-up of four top 'TV Familiar' comedians - with the Big Beach Party on Friday 12 July and Big Beach Dance rounding off the shows on Saturday 13 July.🎶

Golden days call for sunset-inspired cocktails. To celebrate World Rum Day, discover our newest creation with Mermaid Spiced Rum. Vibrant, refreshing and fruity, let us transport you to the warm sands of the Caribbean coast with our 'Back to the Island' cocktail.

To recreate simply shake 50ml Mermaid Spiced Rum, 25ml lime juice, 15ml orange juice and 75ml pineapple juice with ice and pour into a hiball glass. Pour the grenadine and lavender syrup to finish. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Appley Tower 🏰

This Island landmark is a Victorian mock castle tower on the esplanade overlooking the beach at Ryde. The tower is owned privately, but visitors can mount to the top for excellent views across the Solent.
