Lyne Cottage, a recently refurbished holiday cottage located in the Scottish Borders. Lyne Cottage can be found a lovely hamlet of Romanno Bridge, nearby to the popular village of West Linton, offering local shops with a traditional pub and restaurant.

Lyne Cottage is well located to offer easy access to the Royal Burgh town of Peebles, offering a great selection of local shops, cafes and restaurants together with access to various outdoor activities and pursuits. Edinburgh is also within easy reach to enjoy all that city life has to offer. Lyne Cottage offers a central base to take full advantage of the beautiful towns and villages in the Scottish Borders and Lothians and further afield.

Romanno Bridge is easily accessed from the M74 motorway from the West, or City of Edinburgh Bypass from the East, allowing easy access from the North or South.

The Scottish Borders offers various historical castles and places to visit and explore on days out, together with ideally suited for keen walkers and cyclists, to take advantage of the numerous hiking routes and the world famous Glentress forest bike trails.

Lyne Cottage comprises a traditional cottage extending back to the late 1890's. It has been fully refurbished to the highest standards, to provide a bright and welcoming holiday home ,whilst retaining its original features and traditional country cottage charm.
