The property offers beautiful views looking across the 10th green of the golf course and over to Uphill Church. On the ground floor is a luxurious 15ft fitted kitchen/diner, leading out to a south facing private courtyard. On the first floor is the lounge, double bedroom and cloakroom. On the second floor, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom and family bathroom.

To the front of the property we have an integral garage, communal gardens and parking. After our father, Geoff, was diagnosed with mixed dementia and Parkinson’s we wanted to find a family getaway that we know Geoff would have wanted to spend his days, surrounded by family and friends. He loved the sun and being by the sea in whichever country and unknowingly, he spent his last holiday with us all in Weston Super Mare. Sitting on a deckchair just by Weston pier, Dad turned to us and said “I love it here. Those fond memories of our stay, remained with him til his dying day.
