Bills has not been in a hot tub for at least 15 years and sat on mums lap enjoying the sensory feeling of the water and the lights.So relaxed he fell asleep twice 😊 🩷

Attached is updated availability for 2025.

As we only advertise on Facebook, we do not have access to an online booking system. If you are interested in any dates, you will need to send me a message on Messenger giving me the dates you are interested in and your email address. I will then email booking paperwork and you will have 5 days to complete the paperwork and return it with your refundable deposit .

The prices for 2025 will be £145.00 per night for the whole property including all of the equipment in school holidays and £125.00 per night all other times. Due to the large increase in our electricity bills, we have had to make the decision for 2025 to make an additional charge for use of the hot tub of £10.00 per night. Could you please indicate with your enquiry if you wish to book the hot tub. This will not be charged until 4 weeks before your stay so you can change your mind. This means that only guests that will want to use the hot tub get charged the additional cost. We welcome pets at no extra cost.

Our minimum stay is 3 nights. 💖

💥💥ACCESSIBLE HOT TUB CAN BE USED WITH SLING OR CHAIR SEAT 💥💥

I have had the great privilege in assisting our lovely guest Maureen to access our hot tub with her husband Adrian. Maureen does not use a sling and has mobility but would struggle with the hot tub steps. The chair seat is perfect in this situation and means that she didn't have to miss out on the benefits of the lovely warm, bubbly water. It's the first time in 15 years she has been emersed in warm water.

We were adamant when making the decision to have a hot tub that it would be accessible to as many of our guests as possible. Upper body control is needed to use the chair seat.

💥💥 7 NIGHT NIGHT CANCELLATION FROM SATURDAY 21ST JUNE 2025 TO SATURDAY 28TH JUNE 2025. 💥💥

We have had a 7 night cancellation from Saturday 21st June 2025 to Saturday 28th June 2025. The total cost is £875.00 which is £125.00 per night. There will be a 25% refundable deposit payable upon booking with the balance due 4 weeks before your stay (There is an additional £10 per night charge if you wish to use the hot tub).

Crescent Hideaway is a 2 Bedroom, 5 person bungalow in Weston super Mare. We have a single profiling bed with an overhead track hoist, a king size bed and 2 chair beds, 1 in with the profiling bed and one in the lounge. We have a mobile hoist, an Alerta Move Assist, a wet room with a choice of 4 shower commode chairs, a pull down shower table, an accessible hot tub and a riser recliner chair. We are dog friendly. Our accessible Hot Tub is without doubt the highlight of many of our guests stay. It has a great hydrotherapy effect and can help with lots of health conditions. For some of our guests, it's the first time they have been able to access warm water for many years

We were determined that it would be accessible to as many of our guests as possible. We have a fixed hoist that can be used with guests own slings, or we have a chair seat that attaches to the hoist for guests that don't usually use a sling and have upper body control.

The hot tub is open all year and is set at 38 degrees in the winter. We have a special offer of £95.00 per night for any of our remaining December 2024 and January 2025 dates. Pets welcome.

We have just had a lovely 4 night break at a lovely 5 bedroom property called Turnastone Lodge in Vowchurch which is a small village 9 miles from Hereford.

My 92 year old Mother-in-law came with us. She has limited mobility and uses a frame to walk about inside and a manual wheelchair when outside. Our main requirements were level access with a bedroom and wetroom on the ground floor. The wetroom was great with lots of pull down rails and a pull down shower seat.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious and all on 1 level apart from 1 bedroom which was upstairs. I wouldn't say it would work for someone who needs a profiling bed and hoists, but worked really well for our situation. We fitted my Mother-in-law's wheelchair through the doorways fine. It sleeps 10 people and is dog friendly.

We paid £1,100 for 4 nights.

It was in a rural location but is close to main roads and towns. You would definitely need a car.

💥💥 WESTON-SUPER-MARE BEACH AND PROMENADE 💥💥

I'm often asked about our beach in Weston. Our promenade is very flat, wide and accessible. We have about 2 miles of golden sand that is accessible from regular slopes from the promenade. Our sand is quite firm and many of our guests have managed to access it in their own wheelchairs. We do have a beach wheelchair available to rent from the Tropicana building and I will attach a link. We also have a Changing Places toilet at the front of the Tropicana building. There are lots of accessible and dog friendly places to eat along the promenade.

We are so lucky in Weston to get some amazing sunsets and are worth staying out to watch. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the promenade from the Crescent Hideaway. You can also get a bus around the corner from the bungalow or it can be walked in about 45 minutes.

💥💥ACCESSIBLE HOT TUB 💥💥 When we decided to provide a hot tub in the bungalow, there was never any question that we were going to make it accessible. When we get sent such an amazing video like this, it reinforces that we made the right decision. Lewis is enjoying a lads holiday and it's lovely to see him enjoying the hot tub. We love it when our guests share these special moments with us ❤️ ♥️

💥💥 RESPITE BREAK 💥💥 I have just provided a 2 night respite break for a young man in the bungalow. The feedback he gave to his parents was "THAT WAS SO GREAT" I can't begin to tell you how this fills me with so much happiness. When we built the bungalow as an accessible holiday let, as my background is in complex care, I always hoped that I would be able to offer well deserved rest and relaxation to parents/carers and lots of adventures to the people that I support. We are so happy that Crescent Hideaway is being used to its full potential Thank you to everyone that entrusts their loved ones into my care 💖💖💖
