So, we've spent the day doing some little upgrades in the van... A nice big fridge/freezer installed instead of the under counter fridge has been installed, the TV has been put on the wall out of the way of little hands, a picnic bench has been installed outside and a mirror has been added to the wall of the WC. Here she is, the van on site, all ready for you to stay. Fully equipped with all you could need, microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, and of course a corkscrew, as well as all the other kitchen bits you could need. Beds, duvets and pillows, you either need to bring your own sheets and duvet covers/pillow cases or pay £10 per person for our cleaners to pop buy and make your beds for you to save you the hassle. Play passes can now be purchased ahead of your break too so you can get straight on with booking your activities!! This van is only available to hire by people we know, that we can trust to look after the van and its contents like we do. We have quite a few bookings and I havent managed to update the availability for all just yet, so if you are interested, get your booking enquiries in early. £100 deposit, balance payable 6 weeks before. If booking within 6 weeks, full balance on booking. Activities bookable 4 weeks in advance.

Fab update from Littlesea!! Private rental guests can now purchase their play passes in advance!! Once your holiday balance is paid in full, your holiday will be registered through Haven who will email you directly with details on how to purchase passes meaning you can book activities up to 4 weeks in advance x

Thank you soooo much to everyone who has commented and messaged about availability and to those of you that have already booked with us!! I am thrilled with the interest we've had and so excited for us all to spend some time in our lovely van!! We collect our keys on Friday 8th and will be going down that weekend to set up, but have to come home on the Sunday to attend our nieces birthday party and unfortunately work. It also happens to be the Easter holidays so if anyone would fancy being guinea-pig guests for the week let me know and I'll arrange a price. Promise to beat anything you find on Havens site directly!!

Welcome, to Simon & Hannah's lettings page.

We have an 8 berth 2021 ABI Horizon, situated ideally for the facilities but not on a busy street.

Due to the huge range of prices available, I am unable to put up a set price for certain dates so, if there are dates you are interested in, please enquire directly. If you view the photo album you will be able to view the "peak dates" where prices are going to be a little steeper and the off peak dates, as well as the availability calendar which I will update as soon as possible after confirmed bookings.

Bookings are secured with payment of a non refundable deposit of £100.

The caravan can be used purely as a base to explore Weymouth, without the use of park facilities, or, with access to all facilities at an additional cost - the cost of the Haven passes can be found in the photo album.

Simon & I are new to this, so will be learning as we go, so please bare with us if we take time answering any queries.

Thank you for your interest and support so far, we are looking forward to many happy holidays in our new home from home, and would love to see it enjoyed by friends and family too.
