It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, the double bedroom has a tv. All with storage and central heating. Duvets and pillows are included in the rental price, but you will need to bring your own linen and towels etc. as these are not provided. I also provide a travel cot free of charge.
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, a toaster, kettle and fridge with a freezer compartment, along with cutlery and crockery for 8 people.
There is ample seating in the lounge, with a table and seating for meals too, plus a coffee table. There is a lovely feature fireplace, which is ideal for chilly mornings and evenings, along with a 40" Sony Smart TV, a DVD and some films for rainy days in, plus some board games and cards.
There is a shower room with WC and wash basin, plus a further WC with hand basin in a separate room.
Outside leading from the living room there are patio doors leading to a decked area with seating ideal for a morning coffee or your favourite tipple in the evening to watch the sunset over the fleet. Car parking for 1 car is available at the side of the caravan.
Bookings & Conditions
Strictly no smoking/vaping
No charging of any electric vehicles from the van
A non-refundable deposit of £100 to paid at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
Should you need to cancel your stay at any time, please note that your £100 deposit will be non-refundable.
The full balance is due seven weeks prior to the start of your holiday, if you book less than 7 weeks then full payment and the security bond will be required at time of booking.
A £100 damage security deposit will also be required to cover any loss and/or damage. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure as long as everything is in order. The caravan must be left as you find it, in a clean and tidy condition - checks will be made after your departure.
3 and 4 night breaks available.

There is also a regular bus service to Weymouth seafront available (seasonal timetable).
There is a launderette located on the site washing machine and tumble dryer.
Prices do NOT include park passes but we can request these upon booking you can then book activities now 3 months in advance once paid in full .
All rubbish is to be disposed of securely in a tied-up bag in the bin sheds located close to the caravan and not to be left lying around the caravan inside or out during your stay and after your departure.
We ask you leave our holiday home clean and tidy how you found it for the next guests, washing up to be done and put away, if not then this will impact on your security bond.
Please note failure to not follow above important information will result in loss of your security bond and additional charges may become due.
