To our wonderful Owners,

With 2024 drawing to a close and Christmas ⛄ just around the corner, we wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for all of your support in 2024.

We hope you’ve enjoyed the 2024 season just as much as we have and look back on the year with many fond memories of super events, activities & time spent on park.

Your support, feedback & praise goes an incredibly long way & the team can’t wait to welcome you back in 2025 for what we are positive will be a season to remember✨.

🎄 Keeping your Holiday Homes safe & secure 🎄

Festive wishes to all of our Weymouth Bay Owners.🎅🏻

Your 24 hour Park Safety team will continue to keep your holiday homes safe & secure through the winter period and also into the New Year when we close our gates to you.

Those of you celebrating Christmas and New year here on park, please do not hesitate to contact us 24 hours a day – We’re here to help. (We do love a mince pie🥧 but hold the sherry whilst we’re on duty 🍷).

Heading into the New Year...

The park gates will close for the 2024 season on the 2nd January 2025 at 3pm and we ask that all Owners have vacated their holiday homes by this time.

Access to the park is restricted between 3pm on the 2nd January & the 28th February & is limited to daylight hours only.

Through the winter period, the team will remain available 24/7 so please do feel free to contact the Park Safety Team on 07795 030 366 who will be available to check your Ramtech alarms 🚨 & ensure they remain active.

We'd like the take the opportunity to thank you all for your amazing support in 2024, we look forward to welcoming you all back in 2025 & wish you all a wonderful Christmas 🎄& a Happy New Year🎆.

🏗 Restricted Access 🏗

Please be advised that the main entrance gates to Weymouth Bay will be closed tomorrow (10th December) between the hours of 10am & 2pm whilst crane activity takes place.

During this time, entry and exit to the park will be via Church Road (via the top gate).

The Park Safety Team will be on hand to direct traffic as the morning progresses.

⚠️💨 Weather Warning for Dorset 💨⚠️

The Met Office has issued a Yellow Weather Warning for Wind.

🌧 This Afternoon: Turning increasingly wet and windy as Storm Darragh arrives through the afternoon, with wind particularly impactful on coastal regions.

🌬 Tonight: Outbreaks of rain, heavy at times will move east overnight, as winds continue to strengthen with gales and later severe gales develop, near coasts as Storm Darragh arrives.

💨 Saturday: Very unsettled throughout the day with some heavy rain and very strong winds, especially along the coasts.

⚡️ Utility supply update ⚡️

Weymouth Bay Owners

As part of our ongoing electrical upgrades across the park, there will be a planned power outage tomorrow (Friday 6th December) affecting a number of areas of park.
The power outage is planned between the hours of 9am & 12pm (midday) though the electrical contractor is hopeful that this work can be concluded more quickly.

This planned power outage will impact the 'west side' of the river Jordan, impacting all main buildings and the community areas listed below.

• Windsor
• West Lawn
• East Lawn
• The Leas
• Hill View
• The Glades
• Meadows
• The Paddock

As this means the main buildings will also be without power, facilities such as the Bay, Launderette & main Reception will remain closed until power is restored.

During the period of power outage our phone lines will be down & therefore, should you require the assistance or support of our team then please contact our 24hr park safety team on ☎️ 07795 030 366.

🌧 Weather Update 🌧

As with many areas of the UK, Dorset has experienced heavy rainfall in the past few days which has increased the flow of water through many rivers & waterways, including the River Jordan (running between areas of East Lawn, Riverside & the adventure village).

As a result, the Park Safety team have taken the precaution to close selected routes through park (other routes are available).

For those of you who remain on park following our Owners Party weekend, please do take care as this weather continues.

Get ready, everyone the 2024 Family End of Season Party is almost here! 🎉

Don't forget to swing by reception to grab your tickets before 4 PM on Saturday, 23rd November or reception is open till 7pm today.

The Live Lounge doors will open at 7pm, and the Complex will be closed from 4pm to 7pm.

⭐Designated Owners space - Mash & Barrel ⭐

Come and join the team at the Mash and Barrel, your designated Owners space, starting Tuesday, 19th November until Saturday 30th November ! Doors open bright and early at 9 AM every day, with closing times varying, so be sure to check our opening hours.

They'll be serving breakfast, drinks, and light bites from a specially selected menu and don’t miss out on their delicious Sunday carvery (available on Sunday 24th November).

We wrote to you last week to share an update regarding the commencement of our new and exciting Cooks Fish and Chips.

We're thrilled to share that the new Cooks Fish and Chips modular is under construction! You’ll spot the action happening right at the front of the park, near the deck chair.
