Have you visited the beautiful Staithes during your stay? This quaint fishing village has plenty of charm with cobbled streets and independent shops. It's just 20 minutes down the coast via car so we'd definitely recommend a visit!

Whitby Fish & Ships Festival returns this year following its huge success last year! Visit Whitby between 16th - 17th May to join in on the maritime celebrations. You'll get a chance to try tasty seafood which will be cooked right in front of you in the kitchen theatre by local and celebrity chefs 😋 You'll also be able to explore ships and vessels so you can experience a British seafarer’s way of life, which has been largely unchanged for hundreds of years in Whitby. See you there!

Built by local Whitby craftsmen, Whitby Brewery has been producing delicious Yorkshire ales since 2013! Located in the shadows of Whitby Abbey, it is the perfect place to enjoy a beer. You can also book a 45 minute brewery tour for just £10 where you follow the full brewing process followed by 3 ale samples at the end! We definitely recommend 🍺

One of our favourite spots in Whitby is The Whitby Deli on Flowergate. With a relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff, tasty menus and great drinks - what's not to love? If you're planning on visiting, we'd recommend trying one of the specials 🍴 The coffee is amazing too!
