Lovely sunny dog walk today from the barn round past Ayton castle. One of the fantastic beautiful walks nearby and minutes from our doorstep 🐕‍🦺🐾🦴🐕🌤️🕶️☀️

Looking for a stunning dog walk (or even a family outing) without getting in the car, then make your way up to the caravan park.
60 yards past it on the right take the cart track for 200 yards until you reach the maize field. Beware the dog mess left by some of our less responsible holidaymakers.
Kids will love the maize field which towers above them. Take a right at the end of the field and take the climbing path up to the kissing gate. It's dog-friendly and you get great views of the caravan site and its brilliant attractions.
Through the gate at the top where there's a fabulous view of the village then head right down the field past the castle, taking care not to disturb the cattle and keeping your mutt on a lead.
Exit by the gate at the bottom. Walk takes about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.
