Dear Loft Dwellers,

We have a few gaps on the wall chart and I am writing to you to ask if you would like to help me to fill them !

So, the first available times start right now, the Loft is vacant and ready to go !
It's available until Thursday the 20th of March, so if you are interested in some or all of those days please let me know asap, I won't try and guess at costs but the more days you have the better 'pro rata' price I can offer.
It won't be expensive !

After that the Loft is available from Monday the 31st of March until Saturday the 26th of April.

But after the 26th of April it's booked till the 19th of July.

Dear Guests and would be Guests,
I know it's a bit early to talk about Christmas but as I am writing to tell you about ' last minute ' availability ( and that includes Christmas ) I thought I may as well wish you all a very Happy Christmas.

So, here we are with a list of available dates :

Monday the 11th of November to Friday the 15th ( 4 nights )....£230
Monday the 18th of November to Sat. The 23rd ( 5 nights )....£275
Tuesday the 10th of December to Tuesday the 17th of December ( 7 nights ).... £390
The next period is Thursday the 19th of December through Christmas to Friday the 27th ( 8 nights )
The book price for 7 nights is £650 but I could offer all 8 nights for £625 or I would be happy to consider any suggestions.
After that we are booked up till the 19th of February so I may well be in touch again around that time.

So ! Will you be in Robin Hoods Bay enjoying a
‘ Bargain Easter Break ‘

We have available…
From NOW till Saturday the 6th of April.
If you want an Easter Break all or any combination of days is possible just give me a ring or e mail and we can sort out a good price.

I am open to negotiations on all or any of those dates !

After that we have…
Sunday the14th of April to Saturday the 20th.
That’s 6 nights and that could go for £400

Could next Wednesday, the 13th be a lucky day for you ?
We have a 3 day break available ( arrive Wednesday the 13th, depart Saturday the 16th )

At a 'one off' price of £230

We also have some availability from the 25th of March through to the 20th of April but after that we are booked up till the summer holidays.
