After searching for ‘the one’ for what seemed like forever, we were delighted when this luxury 3 bedroom apartment which forms part of a stunning redevelopment of one of Whitby’s most iconic Victorian houses, became available. The apartment, a five minute stroll from the centre of Whitby, enjoys a magnificent first floor position overlooking beautiful Pannett Park with its extensive children’s play area literally on the doorstep. Ideal for couples and families alike, A Stone’s Throw is the perfect location for romantic getaways, family seaside adventures or catching up with friends, while walkers of all ages and abilities will enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the nearby Dinosaur Coast Path. The delights of Whitby are certain to entice you down to the harbour to enjoy a boat trip followed by some well earned refreshments at one of the many harbour side pubs or cafés, then wander the quaint cobbled streets to the famous 199 abbey steps and beaches beyond. We've kept this under wraps for over a year, but we're thrilled to announce that Whitby Distillery will be featured in the Channel 4 series *Yorkshire By The Sea*! 🌊🍸
Channel 4 has commissioned this celebratory four-part series from Yorkshire-based True North. *Yorkshire By The Sea* follows the stories of business owners and communities along the stunning Yorkshire coast.
Luke and I had the pleasure of working with the crew for several weeks, showcasing how we craft our coastal spirits. We were so nervous every time the camera appeared but we are sure the crew will have worked their magic on us. The show launches tonight, and we’re excited to be featured in next week’s episode on 12th August!
