Our 2 off-grid Shepherd Huts in our meadow are available April to October and provide a perfect escape. We also have 1 fully equipped Shepherd Hut with electricity - for those guests who still need to feel connected 🙂

We’re delighted to see the North York Moors Cycleway being voted the best cycle route in the UK and Ireland by EnjoyTravel 🚴

The North York Moors Cycleway passes through our iconic heather landscape, around hidden valleys, meanders through forests and takes in the best of our rugged coastline on a 171 mile (276km) figure of eight loop. The route can be slip up into shorter sections or complete the east or west loop.

We've been busy getting our 2 offgrid Shepherd Huts in the meadow, ready for reopening this weekend. Our lovely sheep have been doing a great job of trimming the grass 🐑🐑

Well we've had a busy 6 weeks, sprucing our accommodation up here at Meadowbeck. Looking forward to reopening today and although the weather is still a bit chilly we'll be offering guests a warm welcome! 😊

Highly recommend this. Had a delicious meal at Eat me cafe and then enjoyed a great performance, loads of laughs and some fab tunes

The weekend will start off on Friday 1st at 2pm with the Christmas tree festival of light and Christingle service at St Stephen’s church. Followed by a lantern parade into the lower village and carols in the dock.
