Curlew Cottage and Oystercatcher Cottage are delightful modern town centre holiday cottages located in a quiet area yet 5 minutes' walk from the many delights of Whitby including the main shopping area, the quayside, the beach, pubs, restaurants and cafes. With a comfortable and contemporary finish and the added benefit of a parking permit for West Cliff car park, together with scratchcard parking permits for on-street parking in the “W” zones (first come first served basis). This is a great choice for a family or for friends sharing. The accommodation includes entrance lobby and a downstairs WC/cloak room; there is an open plan sitting room – with flat screen TV/Freeview/DVD player, a dining area with French doors leading to an enclosed terrace with table and chairs – ideal for eating outdoors – a fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. On the first floor is a stylish double bedroom that has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers; there is also a bunk bedroom and a house bathroom which has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and WC. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and flat screen TV/Freeview together with an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC. To the rear of the properties have an enclosed patio area – enjoy morning coffee or sit and watch the stars with a glass of wine. All bedding and towels are included.
