Bootham Crescent looking lovely from the front and professional photography today. Still a lot of snagging to go both internally and externally and the concrete jungle to the rear is going to be a challenge. I uncovered another drain there yesterday - buried in inches of mud!

The carpets are down at the flats on Bootham Crescent! They look so nearly there now. We’ve also started installing blinds, next stop deep clean and then curtains followed by photos at the weekend…

A brief update on progress at Bootham Crescent today. Those French doors are finally in! Fabulous! The kitchen is so lovely and light and this will really make it a gorgeous garden flat! 2 bedrooms both with en-suites and open plan kitchen/ dining/ sitting room. This flat will be coming to the market shortly.

More progress today at Bootham Crescent. 6 decorators on site! The scaffolding was removed, and Northern Powergrid removed the old single phase supply and connected the new 3 phase electricity supply; Kimberlite glass replaced cracked Victorian glass to the windows, and some replacement Victorian tiles to one of the ground floor en-suites were laid. All in all a good day.

More progress at Bootham Crescent. Northern Powergrid have dug up the road and pavement ready for jointing tomorrow, the decorators are progressing the external works nicely, Treron (F&B) is the colour of choice for the front door and the kitchen is coming along beautifully. Flooring, units and worktops installed, tiling completed, lighting in and now on to decoration. A huge final push this week!
