Good afternoon all - Late cancellation at broomfields farm, whitby.
Our cottage with hot tub 'The Woodland Cabin' is now available for the weekend starting Friday 24th January and is £175/night.
'The Woodland Cabin' is our single storey log cabin style cottage; it will sleep up to 8 in 4 bedrooms (4th bedroom in the annex), two shower rooms, galley style kitchen.

Here is the availability for 'The Lodge' over the next few weeks. Due to cancellations we have the following weekends starting Friday: 24th January, 31st January, 7th February and 21st february.

'The Lodge' is our two storey house with a hot tub and 4 bathrooms - sleeps 6 and is £175/night.

Broomfields Cottages - Vacancies over Christmas and New Year. Good afternoon all. We have had a number of guest booking changes / cancellations so I have listed our availability over the next couple of weeks. In general we will have good availability after 3rd january and we now have a couple of cottages available NYE.

The Lodge (two storey house with hot tub, sleeps 6) Sat 4th to 10th January £175/night

Three bedroom cottage Sea Breeze sleeps 6 23rd to 28th december, £100/night

Three bedroom coottage Horseshoe sleeps 4 adults and 2 children Dec 30th to 10th Jan £100/night

Two bedroom cottage Doves Haven 31st December to 3rd January, sleeps 4 £80/night

The Old Stable, sleeps 4 26th to 30th december, £80/night

New Year Cancellation
We have Horseshoe Cottage available from Monday 30th December across new year due to a cancellation. Horseshoe is one of our courtyard barn conversions and will sleep 4 adults and 2 chldren and is £100/night. Pictures may be seen on the fb page. Payment will be requested at time of booking.

We are located alongside The Cinder Track; a wonderful walk connecting Whitby to Scarborough.

If you're planning on exploring the area during your visit, the cinder track is a great activity. From our site you can walk straight into Whitby taking the scenic quiet route that is the cinder track.

From our site you can also walk to Robin Hoods bay, stopping off at the Windmill pub in stainsacre on your way.

We are very lucky to have this path right on our doorstep 😊

Perfect for dog walkers, families and cyclists.

The Cinder Track is a walking or cycling route from Whitby to Scarborough. It boasts fantastic views, secluded coves and access to local attractions. The Cinder Track is 21.7 miles. It can be started from Whitby and end at Scarborough or vice versa. The old railway line closed in 1965, but the track still provides an excellent off-road route for cyclists and walkers.

Hi everybody! I'm Steph. Most of you will have met me when arriving at your cottage .

Being a vegetarian, I thought I'd give some of my own recommendations for vegetarian food in the area 😋

I absolutely love the Romany Hommity pie at the pie and mash shop 😋

Cranberry Swamp Whitby always has good options too.

Quite a few places do a good Sunday lunch with veggie options including Sneaton Castle.

Would love to hear your own recommendations for veggie / vegan food in the area?

Good morning all,
Due to a cancellation we have camping pods available for the coming weekend from Friday 01 November.
Camping pods are £50 per pod per night if you bring your own sleeping bags and stuff or £60 per pod per night if we provide the bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels. Pods sleep up to 4, three comfortably.

We can provide vouchers which may be used to buy accommodation at our site in Whitby. These are sent to you in an email following your payment and are transferable so make a great idea as a Christmas gift. Vouchers are valid for 12 months (and may be dated from Christmas day) and can be made to any value. Accommodation is subject to availability.
Accommodation prices for 2025 remain as this year:
Caravan / Camper Pitches £20/night
Camping Pods £50/ £60 per night
One / Two bedroom Cottages £80/night
Three bedroom cottages £100/night
