MAY LODGE

May Lodge is a replacement Gate Lodge for Woodbank Grade II Listed Residence and is fully "Covid-ready". It was built in 1983 and has been totally refurbished. Furnished in a contemporary style with light oak furniture in living areas, May Lodge has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 6. Visitors to May Lodge enjoy exclusive use of a newly-designed private ‘pebble’ garden (across a private driveway) which has a fish pond, very pretty gazebo and a large dining table made of slate and stone. Very suitable for al fresco dining. Please take care as the nature of this garden is to have uneven ground. There is safe off-road car parking for three cars at the side of the house.

THE COACH HOUSE

Sitting on the shores of Belfast Lough and just a short drive to Belfast City centre, this was the original coach house for the main residence which was converted in the early 1970s and has now been totally refurbished to meet Tourism Northern Ireland 5 Star standards. The Coach House is fully "Covid-ready". The sitting room, which has been furnished with traditional dark oak furniture and antiques in keeping with the historic character of the building, opens directly onto a south-facing private patio. The accommodation comprises three en suite bedrooms and two bedrooms served by a luxurious family shower room. Maximum occupancy eight persons. The Lilian Bland Suite, Dimity Suite and Gingham Rose Suite are all upstairs. The Edwardian Lady and Garden Rooms are downstairs. There is safe off-road car parking for three cars at the side of the house.

THE OLD RECTORY

This beautiful 200-year-old Rectory, which is fully "Covid-ready", was originally the home of the Rev Robert Winstringham Bland (1794-1884), Rector of St George’s Parish Church in Belfast.

Extensively renovated a few years ago to an exceptionally high standard and furnished with many works of art and antiques.

Each bedroom has its own unique charm and each has its own large en suite. The Mayfly Room, Tartan Room and Gingham Suite are all upstairs. The Linen Room is downstairs. There is safe off-road car parking for three cars at the front of the house.
