Christmas Holidays

We will be closing our offices on Friday the 23rd December at mid day and won't be returning until Tuesday 3rd January. We will still be answering phone calls on the usual office number of 01227 794345 but you will need to press option 0 to go through to the on call phone. All of our bus service (except the 541/2/4) will be running Saturday service between Christmas and new year with no service on Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th and Monday 2nd. The 541/2/4 will operate its usual service after the bank holidays.

Good morning. All buses are running to time on a school holiday timetable. Service 36 is still on diversion at Beltinge and will remain so until Friday 19th August. This can cause delays to the bus service later on in the day.

Good morning. All buses and services are running to time at the moment. Our is on diversion at Beltinge due to the road closure at Barnes Way. This is in place until August 19th. Please expect delays on this service later in the day.

Good morning. Our 660 timetable is changing slightly from Wednesday 3rd September 2022. Instead of starting at Faversham at 07:00 the service will start at Graveney at 07:00. This will allow more time for the bus to serve Eastling School at 08:50 instead of the current 09:00. From the 09:17 journey the timetable remains unchanged.

Good morning. All our services are out and running to a school holiday timetable.
Station Road in Herne Bay has re-opened and is able to serve it again, however, the diversion on Reculver Road in Beltinge is still in place and will be until 19th August.

Good afternoon. is currently on two diversions with Station Road in which is closed until Monday 1st August. The bus is serving the station via Albany Drive as usual then operating back to Sea Street via Fleetwood Avenue.
Reculver Road in closed until 19th August. We are serving the whole of Beltinge and turning around at the roundabout outside the doctor's surgery. Buses that are due to serve Reculver King Ethelbert will still serve here.

Good afternoon. is currently on two diversions with Station Road in closed as well as Reculver Road in closed too. We are currently unable to serve Station Road or Reculver School on the route at the moment. The buses are currently running to time.

Station Road in is closed for up to 7 days which will affect . The bus will serve Albany Drive to the station and then go down Fleetwood Avenue to Sea Street where it will continue into Herne Bay town centre. Unfortunately due to inconsiderate parking by the shop and further roadworks we can't use Albany Drive in both direstions.

Good morning. Our services are currently running to time and are running to a school holiday timetable (this mostly affects service 620 and 667). Please not that currently Station Road in Herne Bay is closed so are serving the railway station via Albany Drive and departing via Fleetwood Avenue (due to badly parked cars and more roadworks on the corner of Albany).

Good morning. It would appear that St Nicholas is closed until 2nd August so is unable to to serve there at present. The roadworks that were due to take place at Barnes Way in will now start on the 28th July and last until 19th August. Please expect delays to the service during this time. All our other services are running with minimal delays to a school holiday service.

Sweechbridge Road is open so for now the is running the normal route through Beltinge. An additional road closure on Reculver Road with the junction at Barnes Way is due to come in today force today but we hope this will now be tomorrow instead. This will last for 3 weeks and will see the 36 turning at the surgery in Beltinge again.

Good morning. Major issues on the between and at the moment. In addition to the diversion at Hillborough there are two way lights on the seafront at Margate while SGN dig a hole. This is making the buses run around 10 minutes late but during the rush hours it can be a lot more. The traffic lights in Margate will also be affecting between and Westwood Chaos.

Margate bound buses will still serve Beltinge village and turn around at Beltinge Surgery before heading onto the Thanet Way at the new Sainsbury's. Herne Bay buses will come off at Sainsbury's and operate though Belinge before turning at the surgery and serving all stops through the village. All other services currently running with minimal delays.

Temporary Road Closure – Reculver Road & Barnes Way, Herne Bay – 25th July 2022 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of Reculver Road and Barnes Way, Herne Bay, from 25th July 2022 with estimated completion by 12th August 2022. Access will be maintained for the residents of Wallis Court when it is safe to do
Reculver Road will be closed at its junction with Barnes Way, for a distance approximately 95 metres in a Westerly direction, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
Barnes Way will be closed at its junction with Reculver Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is Reculver Road, Mickleburgh Hill, Margate Road, Margate Road Interchange, Margate Road, Heart In Hand Road, Sweechbridge Road and vice versa.
This will affect service 36 which during this time looks like it will be unable to serve Hillborough School.
