Heathrow are increasing their prices for coaches in January. An increase of just under 8%.

The price doubled after Covid. It’s currently at £56.54 (including VAT) to £61 excluding VAT. Increasing the costs to holiday goers once more.

We still hope that people continuously use coaches as transportation especially when it can be right from your doorstep (within reason!)

Due to law changes happening next year and Hailstone Travel Ltd trying to be as green as possible, we have now got a recycling bin for rubbish that unfortunately gets left in our vehicles as well as for office staff.

We do hope these people are caught! Many years ago we had an 8 seater stolen from our yard. We have now got more security to prevent this from happening!

We do hope this doesn’t effect the people that need transport the most 💚

Due to prices going up in Gatwick - Our prices have also had to increase to reflect this, it is something we try not to do.

This is out of our control as well as other coach operators, Gatwick in the past two years have been trying to sort out the Coach Operation with regards to dropping off and picking up. It is a strange set up as Gatwick Airport charges for us picking our passengers up from Gatwick but NCP charge us for dropping off.

Both "operators" have increased their prices, so unfortunately so have we, but we do try our upmost to ensure that our prices do not increase significantly!

Please be warned going forward - Same incident happened after Covid where Heathrow doubled their pick up charges for Coaches, so you do not know what is round the corner.

A reminder with regards to booking Mini-buses and Coaches with a Coach Company - You are covered under travel insurance if you are delayed to the airport due to traffic or other incidents where a vehicle breaks down. This gives you all peace of mind when travelling to the airports - especially dealing with the M25 road works :)

It may be too early to have Christmas Decorations in the shops but it is never too early to plan a Christmas Trip to get you into the Festive Mood!

Travelling in a coach/bus and want to ensure you’re fully insured and the company is operating correctly?

They should have their address and name on the side of the vehicle like our picture states - as well as their own operators licence (own company name) in the windowscreen (or some are side window) with the companies name on it. This is anything over 8 seats!

If they are missing - you won’t be insured!

We apologise for late/slow or no responses via the emails today. We have had no members of staff in the office as we needed to pick up our long awaited coach Monsoon. Our brand new Turas 900s 37-seater! Fully PSVAR (meaning wheelchair accessible!)

We are truly sorry, but Saturday 22nd June, we cannot do anymore Royal Ascots.

We may be able to other trips out on this date if it fits around current bookings.
