A room fit for a man and his princess...
We realised earlier that we have been here for a week and not spoken much about the hotel itself, so we thought that we had better put that right.
We mentioned a few days ago, we decided to treat ourselves and go for a swim up room. The upgrade cost is really quite reasonable and it has been worth every penny!
The room is spotless and everything is immaculately maintained and there is even enough wardrobe space and hangers for all of Debbie's outfits 😮
Does anyone else think having a different outfit for every day and night is excessive? It's like coming on holiday with royalty there's so much luggage... I keep wondering where her staff are then I realise it might be me 👀
Anyway back to the room, there are other nice touches like a mini bar, a huge shower and well our own swimming pool, I think any princess would be happy here, well mine seems to be and that's the best kind of holiday there is ❤️

To Swim Up or Not to Swim Up..... That is the Question
When we book trips to resorts for our clients which offer swim up rooms they are often torn about if the extra cost is worthwhile.
For us, this trip was purely about relaxing, so we thought that there would be no better time than to treat ourselves to a swim up room.
There are plenty of plus sides to having your own swim up room
1) privacy
2) plenty of peace and quiet to read your book or take a dip
3)there's never an issue finding a sun bed
4) more outside space, if you get the right room and location it's perfect to watch the ocean or sunset
But.. if you stay in your room a lot you might miss out on a few things,
1)making friends by the pool
2)fun activities
3)having a waiter to come and sort your drinks
So, today we tried to have the best of both worlds, lots of peace and quiet in the morning, then after lunch we turn in to more social people and take a dip in the swim up bar to have cocktails
To Swim Up or Not to Swim Up...it's really up to you but we're trying to have the benefits of both
