**DAMP COURSE TREATMENT**

This customer experienced damp intrusion from the end wall into the lounge area.

- Removed damaged plaster to a height of 1 meter.
- Applied injection damp-proofing as a precautionary measure on both sides of the affected wall.
- Installed a damp-proofing membrane on the interior surface.
- Replaced the damaged boards.
- Skim coated the entire surface.

The damp issue has been successfully resolved.

I just finished up a project where I transformed a damaged old artex ceiling into a smooth surface. I removed the old coving and Overboarded the ceiling to cover up the artex. To save on costs, I skimmed the ceiling and patched up the walls where the coving used to be. The end result is a clean and tidy job, as always!
