If you are visiting Kingston Lacy this Remembrance Sunday, please be aware we will be observing two minutes silence at 11am and will be laying a wreath in the parkland to commemorate the fallen. You will be very welcome to join us; we will move off from the front of the house at c.10.45am. We will also be joined by Dorset Military Enthusiasts, whose Second World War vehicles will be on show outside the house from 10am.

Corfe Castle is a historic fortress located in the village of the same name in Dorset, England.

Built by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, it played a significant role in English history due to its strategic location between Purbeck Hills and its commanding view of the surrounding area.
