The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) has updated their consumer guide when dealing with Registered Migration Agents. The guide is available in 34 languages and outlines the role of Registered Migration Agents, who is authorised to provide immigration assistance and how consumers can lodge complaints to the OMARA.
