A5092 both ways impassable due to snow between A595 (Barrow turn-off) and A590 (Greenodd).
A591 both ways impassable due to snow from A5284 Windermere Road (Plumgarth Roundabout, Kendal) to Wythburn (Wythburn).
A592 Kirkstone Pass both ways closed due to snow between Troutbeck and Hartsop.
A684 both ways blocked due to snow at B6256.
The A592 both ways impassable due to snow between A590 (Newby Bridge roundabout, Newby Bridge) and Windermere (Windermere).
The A593 both ways just passable due to snow between Skelwith Bridge (Skelwith Bridge) and Ambleside (Ambleside).
A590 Eastbound just passable due to snow from Newby Bridge roundabout (Newby Bridge) to Meathop Roundabout (Meathop).
A6 both ways just passable due to snow from B6261 (Shap) to Garth Row (Garth Row).
A684 both ways just passable due to snow from M6 J37 (Kendal, Singleton) to Hayclose Lane (Millholme).
A685 both ways impassable due to snow at A683.

Vehicle ferry not operating due to snow on Windermere Car Ferry at Lake Windermere.
No fuel available at the lorry pumps on M6 Northbound at Tebay Services.
Stagecoach Cumbria and Lancashire: Unfortunately due to the current weather conditions and driver availability we will not be able to send out buses until the roads are passable. Sorry for the inconvenience.

‼️UPDATED INFORMATION from Department for Transport ‼️
FACE COVERINGS MANDATORY FOR PASSENGERS BUT NOT DRIVERS IN TAXIS AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLES IN ENGLAND FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT ...

Taxi and private hire passengers will be required by law to wear a face covering from midnight tonight.
The penalty for failing to cover your face will be doubled from £100 to £200.

Department for Transport have just confirmed that taxi and private hire drivers hire DO NOT have to wear a facemask.

However we recommend that you do wear one when passengers are in your vehicle...
