We are a new private, gated estate property on the outskirts of Staveley in the South Lakes and just a few minutes drive from Windermere.

Within Middle Reston's almost 12 acres of wooded gardens, which incorporate formal and natural areas, reputably designed by Mawson, you'll find a natural pond, stream systems, and waterfalls.

The beautifully landscaped gardens also house two large patios, and seating areas ideal for al fresco entertainment. A furnished summer house and a range of outbuildings comprising of a garage and 3 large stores. There is also the now derelict ‘Powerhouse’ a stone detached structure built at the same time as the original property from where they used to generate their own electricity.
