On other sites such as Airbnb and Sykes they’re showing as booked. This is just a way of cutting out the middleman and their commission - so giving you best value for what can be expensive and sought-after weeks.

Well, finally it’s actually possible to think about welcoming guests again with some degree of certainty!
We’re open again from April 12th and if last year is anything to go by the weather in the Lakes will be glorious.
Check the website for available dates April to June. After that it’s busy til September, with early 2022 booking up already.
Do get in touch soon to grab a much-needed break. Our prices in April reflect the fact that restrictions may limit the size of the group you bring.
