Holder's Barn and Priscilla Queen of Devon, two unique holiday rentals in the heart of Devon. Westlake Farm is the dream of newly-weds Tim & Claire Hancock.

Having decided that Devon was the best place for them and their future, they took the plunge in July 2016 and even brought Tims parents along for the ride. The Farm has been granted planning for two, two bedroom with en suite holiday cottages. We hope you will follow us and our journey as we make the dream reality.

Thank you for all the kind messages making sure we are OK. We made it through the storm with a fallen tree, our biggest casualty was sadly our bench that many guests love. Never mind, we shall find a replacement.
