Luxury private holiday retreat with hot tub on the Norfolk/Cambs border Although we are of course on hand if you need us, we respect your privacy at all times.

Crafter's Retreat is nestled cosily in its own, self-contained private garden extending to around a quarter of an acre. Despite its seclusion and privacy, this secret gem is ideally placed for those seeking to explore East Anglia with its pretty coastline; and local amenities are also just a stone's throw away.

Crafter's Retreat is so named because it's located behind our self-contained gardens

and studios where we offer private 1-2-1 pottery and woodturning experiences. This peaceful location is perfect for getting those creative juices flowing, and we've even equipped the cabin with an easel for those who might want to paint or sketch in the garden. After parking in the large private carpark, take the path that leads to your secluded retreat. The path and access to the cabin are suitable for wheelchair users. You are greeted by a welcoming, pretty veranda where you'll find a large, inviting hydrotherapy spa (hot tub) and patio furniture - simply perfect for al fresco dining. From the moment you walk through the wide double entrance doors, you'll feel our special Crafter's Retreat hospitality. The open-plan living space offers comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV on the right, while you'll find a spacious dining area on the left.

The well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven & hob, microwave etc., provides all the appliances and home comforts you could need for a lovely home-cooked meal. A large, cosy bedroom with king-size bed, full-length mirror, dressing table and plenty of storage space for clothes is located towards the rear of the cabin alongside a modern bathroom that includes a double shower and heated towel rail. The cabin also boasts free WiFi, Broadband, a selection of books, board games and art supplies too. Outside, you are invited to enjoy your own private Victorian-style knot garden and a little "woodlet". There's ample space to use the provided sun loungers, and you can even toast marshmallows in the fire pit.

“We had an incredibly relaxing stay at the Crafter's Retreat, which has everything a couple needs to escape from their day to day.
The cabin was very clean, and the hot tub was the cleanest of any we'd rented at previous properties.
Everything was provided as promised with a lovely welcome basket to get our holiday started.
It was great to meet Louise and listen to her suggestions for where to go locally and further afield.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trips from the cabin - if you are thinking of visiting Sandringham and don't have it, do consider HHA membership as you could cover the costs with Sandringham and Holkham Hall visits with a year left to explore many other properties.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cabin to any of our friends and family. Thanks again.”

Spring is definitely doing its thing in the 's Retreat gardens ... visitors are welcomed by the vibrant greens of the knot garden (the bench is placed there to provide a peaceful reading spot) as they enter their private, secluded 1/4-acre gardens 🍃⁠
⁠
The snowdrops may have faded but the daffodils are still hanging on around the borders, while the "woodlet" awaits with its peaceful seating area and clumps of forget-me-nots popping up amongst the hellebores and trees 🌿⁠

The view from the hot tub is lush and green and, ultimately, completely private 🛀🏻⁠
