My 2023 calender is open for this new to me 2014 8 berth caravan sited on Withernsea sands, tv in every room with dvd player combined in the two single bed rooms, double glazed, gas fire and central heated, sited on a quiet area of the park close to the complex but far enough no to be disturbed if you want a quiet holiday.
We are pet friendly caravan.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your dates at the time of booking and then the remainder to be paid within a date line agreed by us both.

As we all know, the site re-opens on 12th April, and we can confirm that we are open again from the 17th April, the next date we have available is 1st May and still have plenty of dates free through out the year. Obviously there are still restrictions in place around the site with swimming pool open but no shower or changing facilities, you need to go dressed ready for the pool, and advanced booking only at the moment, all indoor activities are cancelled until 17th May, but you can order food and drinks online through the parkdean resorts app.

We hope to welcome back customers old and new this season and we can hopefully all enjoy some rest and relaxation again after this terrible time we have all been through

As we now have a possible start date for allowing renters back into our caravan, we are still not only keeping to our promise of no price increase this season, but also a reduction on those prices as we know the last 12 months have been a real struggle for us all.
Even though restrictions stay in place not just in our caravan with cleaning, there is no doubt that restrictions will still be in place inside Withernsea sands complex, and we ask that these restrictions are followed as much as you can please.

First date we have is Saturday May 1st and we are free for the full month, we still have plenty of dates free for the rest of the season, including summer school holidays

Good evening to all followers, so we have had the news that we hoped for, if the numbers keep on falling we are hopefully going to be allowed to open our caravans again from 12th April, due to not been allowed up to the caravan at all since lockdown began, we need to give the caravan a good deep clean to ensure it is ready for our guests, so we have taken the decision to not open the diary till 17th April ( we are booked for 2 weeks until 1st May), so from then the diary is open and we look forward to welcoming all renters new and returning ones to our six berth home from home.
