Not long now until the BMX Show. A great way to spend the day just before the kids go back to school! Great Britain have won a haul of medals at the recent World Championships in Glasgow in BMX - come along and watch the shows and be inspired to be the next generation of world class BMX riders!

Following the fabulous and very successful "Blue light weekend" when Withernsea was bathed in sunshine and alive with many holiday makers and residents alike, this weekend sees the start of "Withernsea Carnival" week, 19th to 27th August.
Please pick up a Carnival brochure from Longmeadows reception or Withernsea Town Council office. (just £1 each to help support the next carniaval). It's a full week of fun for all the family with Entertainment, crafts, Magic shows, Petting farm, Prize Bingo, Bouncy Castles, Dig for Treasure, The Great Aqua shoot out, Facepainting, Glitter Tattoos and much more. It's all in the programme!
And obviously - dont miss the British Memorial Flight Flypast on Sunday 20th August. Eyes to the sky just before 2 p.m!!
