You may have seen on the news this morning that there is a major, worldwide IT outage, which is significantly affecting infrastructure across the globe, including the airline industry.

Several major airlines have grounded all flights, including Delta Air Lines, United and American Airlines. Queues are building up at many airports where electronic terminals are unavailable.

However, Global Travel Management is up and running, with colleagues working hard to manage our customers' business travel. Thanks to the plans we put in place to cover issues like the pandemic, our colleagues are able to work as normal.

Our usual links to airlines are down, but we have switched to a robust back-up system, enabling all colleagues to access airline information and systems.

There is no indication yet as to how long the outage will continue. However, please note that we will continue to work on every itinerary, to ensure as little disruption as possible to any travel plans.
