Yesterday we saw a packed room for our breakfast meeting with DVSA Phil and Andrea, updating us on enforcement and Earned Recognition/R2ER.

Just received confirmation that A.I.M Commercial Services Ltd is now an authorised audit provider for DVSA earned recognition.
This doesn’t just help us gain ER audits but also audits for PI as sometimes they have a clause that requires an ER approved company to complete the audit.
Well done to all the staff at A.I.M that have worked so hard to make this possible. Thank you

Please be aware of an update we have received from the RHA this morning:

"TfL are currently dealing with an ongoing cyber security incident. The security of their systems and customer data is very important to us, and they have taken immediate action to protect systems and all data. Their proactive measures mean that some TfL services and systems are not available. As a result, all DVS permit holders will likely receive an automated email from TfL on Wednesday 2 October to notify them that their DVS permit will expire at 23:59 on 27 October ahead of the launch of DVS phase.
2. This will be one email per permit rather than one email per operator. Unfortunately, they are currently unable to access the system required to prevent these emails being sent.

TfL appreciate that this is inconvenient, especially for fleets holding large numbers of permits and would like to minimise disruption by alerting operators in advance that this may occur. These emails can be safely deleted with no further action required."
