The magic of the South Luangwa National Park that keeps on giving… We enjoyes outstanding game viewing, workshop mornings in the most idyllic “studio” overlooking a waterhole, bush walks, bush breakfasts, painting sunsets in the palm forests, sketching galore and more…
A huge thank you to my fabulous & enthusiastic guests for making this the most memorable of trips … and also to Robin Pope Safaris for looking after us so well!! … I can’t wait to come back! Xx

Dreaming of Japan? ...Art Safari is!⛩️
Join us as we travel to Japan this November on an incredible art safari immersing ourselves in Japanese culture and discovering the incredible floating landscapes.
We paint Mount Fuji floating high above Lake Kawaguchiko, sketch the temples and shrines of Kyoto, as well as moss gardens, geisha districts and markets. We'll also have the opportunity to see adorable snow monkeys wallowing in the thermal baths, meet contemporary Japanese artists and visit art galleries. A painter's dream overflowing with inspiration!
Join us and artist Mary-Anne Bartlett for guidance and art mentoring gaining invaluable insights into her tools and techniques for use in watercolour. In this timelapse video you can see how her artwork bears the influence of Japanese simplicity, making every brushstroke feel so effortless!
