Boundary Farm is a lovely collection of three holiday cottages and two shepherd huts set in almost five acres of land in beautiful Suffolk. Whether it be a large family gathering or a romantic getaway for two, we are sure to be able to help you with the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Victorian Farmhouse can accommodate up to eight guests with ample "kick back and take it easy" space. The H

ayloft with its beamed and vaulted ceiling sleeps 4/5 and is perfect as a cosy escape from the hustle and bustle of life in general while the accessible Cart Lodge sleep 2 and can accommodate our guests with limited mobility. Let's not forget our two traditional - but not that traditional as they have a shower and loo! - Shepherd Huts set in our lovely meadow if you want a truly authentic Suffolk Glamping experience!

We gave our Hayloft bathroom a facelift recently as the old one was very dated. Love the mirror from and the original miniature Suffolk Punch art work from . Very happy with the result.

Our sweet little accessible Cartlodge is a cosy bolt hole to come back to after a long day exploring the area. We are less than ten minutes from Framlingham and its castle, around thirty minutes to RSPB Minsmere if you’re a bit of a twitcher and if you’re a history buff, Sutton Hoo is less thirty minutes drive away. It doesn’t have to be summer to enjoy the area!

Blustery Autumn day today, I love the different mushrooms sprouting around Boundary, one day I will learn which ones we can eat and which ones will make us keel over! Best not take the chance by Google alone🍁🍂🍄‍🟫🍄!

Framlingham College is only a short 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Boundary. Perfect if your child is starting the new school year and you want to be close (but not too close) by while they settle into school.

Every Saturday and Tuesday morning, you can buy delicious local produce at Framlingham’s market, set up on the aptly named Market Hill. 5 minutes away from Boundary Farm Cottages. 🍞🥦🧀🍏🍗🥟🧁

Lovely walks surround Boundary Farm, accessed by a stile in the corner of our horses field, you can walk into Framlingham in under 30 minutes. Today was the perfect weather for walking.

Nothing nicer than seeing people enjoying our outside spaces. Boundary Farm Cottages is the perfect place for gathering family and friends together. The Farmhouse sleeps 8, Hayloft sleeps 4 and The Cartlodge Sleeps 2 - not forgetting our two cute Shepherd huts. So we can accommodate 18 guests in total, loads of space both outside and if the weather isn’t great, inside too.

Who doesn’t love a day trip to the seaside? Southwold is one of our fave places to visit and just over half an hour away from Boundary Farm Cottages! Latitude Festival is on this weekend and we still have availability for one of our lovely shepherd Huts. Maybe make a weekend of it?
