What a day! Lovely weather which helped us achieve our goal of getting the bar ready to open. We still need a few soft furnishings (Fiona's words not mine) but we are ready! A really exciting moment for Redhill and hopefully something which enhances our guest experience.

When we set out we launched our logo with the words "It's Just For You" This goes for the new bar it is definitely Just for you so please enjoy... Fiona and James.

The next chapter is about to start for Redhill holidays.

In an effort to keep improving the experience and the offering for our guests we have now been granted a premises license to sell alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. We have converted part of the house to provide a bar area, we are still working on this but hope to be open from this coming weekend. I have attached a picture of the new firepit on the patio area just outside the bar. A great place to sit with your favourite tipple and take in the view.

It is all very exciting, more pictures to follow in the coming days as we finish the interior and open our doors.

We need a name for the bar so any suggestions are welcome.

Fiona and I hope to welcome you to the new Redhill bar very soon.

Hello to you all. We hope you are well and looking forward to a nice dry summer. How do we know it will be dry? There is an old country saying which is rarely wrong! It goes like this:

If the Ash comes before the Oak then we are in for a soak,
If the Oak is before the Ash we will get nowt but a splash!

The picture here shows the Oak tree is in leaf well before the Ash tree next to it so we can look forward to a nice dry summer!

Hello everyone, we hope you all had a lovely Easter. We were lucky to have our two nephews, Jamie and Max, down from Scotland this year and they treated the guests to some bagpipe playing, the clip here is Highland cathedral which is one of our favourite tunes. I hope you enjoy it. They will be back again in the summer holidays so hopefully we will get some more tunes then.
