We have had a very busy summer ☀️ so far this year, but we do still have a few dates available in late September, October and early December. Plus plenty of availability in 2025! Book soon.

The Lodge Airbnb is now CLOSED until 14th May... we are undertaking our 'quarterly' deep clean ready for a very busy summer season. (Curtains, pillows, quilts, cushions, you name it...)

Hello! It's our second birthday - we opened in April 2022. We are super proud to have Superhost ranking, and also "Guest Favourite" accreditation. We have also just received our 60th Five Star review.

We have also added some new features - a foldable computer desk for anyone wanting to work away from home.

Hello everyone!
We have had a guest alter their Christmas dates due to problems with their flights.

We are unexpectedly vacant this weekend;

Saturday 9th
Sunday 10th
Monday 11th December.

and still have vacancies for:

19th to 23rd December.

We have just reduced the prices, and can offer early check in, and a later check out for the first weekend (9-11th).

Another lovely review from our latest guests, Brian and Jan:

Paul and Stephen were exceptional hosts. They were friendly, so helpful and really did a lot to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was also exceptional, certainly the best equipped we have ever rented. It was also warm, well stocked and finished to give a real sense of being at home. The range of books, board games and dvds was terrific, as was the full set of ordinance survey maps covering the south coats. We particularly liked the wide range of TV viewing packages, including sky sports. The area was also excellent, we loved cycling along the coast to Shoreham or walking in the South Downs. Smaller towns like Steyning, Arundel and Chichester were a delight to visit. Paul has put together a book, with photos and commentaries on all the best places to visit and to eat. We were here for four weeks and loved it. We have already booked to return next year.
This really was a gem of a place to stay .
