✈️ I got my first (hopefully last) dreaded call yesterday to say that my customers holiday, departing on Saturday, is cancelled 🤬 Straight on with all operators to find them something else and they are now rebooked 🏖☀️.

(A little more to pay because availability is obviously now limited but I will personally take the time to dispute this and do everything in my power for compensation).

Be careful who you book with! Had they booked direct or with an online operator it would have

1. meant HOURS on hold, waiting to speak to someone to sort it out (I have the time, it's what I do!)

2. taken days (maybe weeks) for a refund had they not rebooked with the same operator

Travelling is easier and it does feel like things are slowly getting back to normal but there can still be challenges. Be kind to yourself and book with a Travel Agent...me!! 😃🥰
