Every corner of 112 is bursting with character. After some decorative work on the apartment over 2024 its even better than ever.
An extra WC and a plush sofa bed if you do decide to bring some friends you get so much more for your money.

What a striking handsome property Friargate House is!

4 bedrooms and a parking space just a few steps from Clifford's Tower .

This beautiful house is having some decorative work done on it this month- a winter spruce up ready for lots of lovely visitors arriving this Springtime.

Spring is the loveliest time to visit with the daffodils out around the city walls and the base of Cliffords Tower.

We can recommend local pet sitters if you need to leave them for a while, or the best pubs for an afternoon pint with the dog in tow.

Many properties have enclosed gardens and we think York is a fairly pet friendly city with lots of open space and nice areas to get out for a walk.

50a Low Petergate is the stunning home right in the centre of these pictures- imagine you can stay right there in the heart of York with views of York Minster out of all the rear windows of the house.

Whether you come to see York Minster on a standard week or when the striking Colour and Light festival is on- you cant fail to be impressed with this amazing cathedral.

The Colour and Light Festival starts on February 12th 2025 thanks to
The new show will celbrate the citys wildlife and unique heritage throug special animations projected on the South Transept.

This event is free and runs between 6-9pm every night up to the 2nd of March.
