📍Galatina, Puglia, Italy 🇮🇹 ♥️
Third biggest town in Salento after Lecce and Nardo. It was a beautiful surprise to walk in the streets of the city centre of Galatina. Architecture mixed with Gothic and Baroque style houses and cathedrals with several cute Piazza to indulge in a coffee or an aperitivo
Just 20 minutes drive from Lecce, you will find yourself in this hidden gem town in South Puglia, Salento.
Top highlights:
1. Basilica Santa Catarina, Gothic architecture, building started in 1383
2. Trying the best pasicciotto (pastry filled with crema) at Caffe della Basilica (front row seats in front of the Basilica)
3. Dining at Il Fienile Resturant (amazing ambience, top service, well curated speciality menu). Once there try their homemade liquor made of fresh herbs (so tasty and won't cause any burns 😋).
4. Enjoy aperitivo hour at Piazza San Pietro and admire the surroundings
5. Just walk and look up to appreciate the ancient facads!
6. Take photos!

Life lately 😌, those past 2 weeks, I got into a nice routine in Bali from doing yoga and pilates at a Chic place called , then working on my blog Www.travelwithruba.com (ps. There are some changes, who can spot them 🙃)
To end my days watching magical beach sunsets in Canggu and Prerenan areas in Bali.

Rainy season started in Bali already. Nevertheless, the sun shines every day.

I also met incredible people who inspired me so much.

Life lately, those stunning views and photos are random photos from Bali.
Its already 3 months into my life here in Bali and oh dear! What an experience 👀😍, never thought that paradise existed before I stepped a foot into beautiful Indonesia 🇮🇩 😄

3 months taught me resiliant, laughter, embracing chaos yet simple yet loving but still not used to having geckos sleeping in my room every night 👀👀

I cannot wait for the next weeks to learn more and share some exciting projects I am currently working on 😍

For a Full day trip itinerary in Uluwatu, start your trip:
1. Visiting the Green Beach, you pay around £2 entrance fees, and it's roughly 200 steps down. Take water and snacks with you as it's a non serviced beach ⛱️ 😉
2. Head to Uluwatu Temple, its £2.5 entrance, and keep your sunglasses and bags sealed. The Temple is so beautifully situated on the seaside cliff but its full of monkeys 🐒 🙈 who enjoy snatching small stuff 😀 😉

Streets, alleys, 🍋 of Sorrento!
This beautiful Italian town situated on the Cliffes of the AZZURI Italian waters never disappoint 😍
Some of my favourite restaurants to dine are:
1. CASA TUA (amazing amazing seafood and very creative and Instagram friendly)
2. GNOCCHI (a new restaurant at the heart of Sorrento specialise in the best GNOCCHI 👌)

Day wandering might be too hot for summer days, but frequent stops for Aperol Spritz and tasting some of Sorrento treats at the Salumria took the heat off!

Just under 1 hour ferry ride from Naples, you will find this hidden gem island, the biggest in Campania region, called Ischia.

Famous for its thermal spas, tranquil vibes, lush greens, emerald waters and incredible food and people.

For a quick guide to this beautiful island, staying for 1 week at least is very recommended for slow and enjoyable experience.

Top recommendations:
1. Posidon Thermal Spa, must try the wine cave for amazing wine and cheese selection (called wine grotto)
2. Negombo Thermal Spa, must try their amazing seafood restaurant
3. Sant'Angelo area for amazing local shopping experience food places to eat by the sea

A Foodie at the eternal city, Roma, Italy.
Rome offers so much to see and do, afterall its one of the oldest capitals in the world.
The narrow alleys, colourful streets, Roman architecture, smell of fresh foods... and the list goes on ❤️😊

During my last visit to Rome, I booked a guided walking food tour in Trastevere, foodie part of Roma, , Our brilliant and full of roman sense of humour guide introduced us to some of the yumminess of Roma.

Book her guided tour when in Rome, just be prepared to walk alot and thus wearing a comfy outfit is very recommended.
