Set in a dazzling bay near the town of Rogoznica, Villa Baya is a modern, four-bedroom villa for groups of family and friends. Just 50m away from the sea, the property boasts extraordinary views from every balcony and terrace. The bright interior consists of a spacious living room where guests can enjoy a cosy, relaxed evening, a sleek fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room. The property also features four stunning en suite bedrooms, each elegantly designed and complete with a flatscreen TV. A sauna, pool table, table football and fitness room are all provided for guests' recreation and relaxation.
