When you stay in a cottage, where do you like to see the towels placed?

In a hospitality facebook group I am a member of there was almost warfare on this subject the other day! The main battle lines appearing on bed versus in bathroom.

So I am just wondering if our guests actually have as strong views as us hosts?!
