This map illustrates the current water supply area and the valve regulation status of water systems across the island. BLUE denotes areas not under valve regulation, while RED indicates those that are.

In summary, BLUE represents the northern and western sides of the island, while RED is predominant from the eastern sides down to the southern regions, including St. Andrew, St. David, and St. George parishes.

This gives a clear illustration of the severity of the challenge we are encountering during this dry season.

Condolences to both families

The biking community is plunged into further sorrow and mourning as news emerges that the second biker involved in Monday's collision, has lost his life. The incident, which initially claimed the life of Kareem, now sees another member of the biking fraternity Jahlil, succumbing to their injuries.

The two bikers were involved in the tragic incident in the Long Wall area of St. Patrick. Video footage circulating on social media captured the devastating moment when one biker, executing a wheelie maneuver, collided with the other, who it now appears was riding in the opposite direction.

Despite efforts by medical personnel, the second biker's injuries proved fatal, adding to the profound sense of loss within the biking community.

The tragic event has cast a pall over what was meant to be a joyous occasion, leaving family, friends, and fellow bikers grappling with shock and grief.

The Royal Grenada Police Force hereby notifies the general public, and in particular motorists, that the following traffic arrangements will be in effect for the 𝟓𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐀 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡, 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.

These traffic arrangements will be in effect from 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐚.𝐦. to 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐩.𝐦. each day.

All vehicular traffic entering the stadium will use Queen’s Park Ring Road from its
intersection with Cherry Hill, St. George’s, and the Humpback Bridge where it joins with River Road Public Road however, on conclusion of the games no vehicular traffic will be allowed to enter. .

No vehicular traffic will be allowed to enter the stadium from the Mt. Gay or Mt. Rush
directions.

𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐘:

𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬:

• Old Fort public road from its junction with Lucas Street.
• Cemetery Hill from its junction with Church Street.
• Humpback Bridge from its junction with River Road.
• The Ring Road from its junction with Mt. Rush Public Road in the direction of
the Humpback Bridge.

𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆

𝐕𝐈𝐏 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 will be in the concrete area in front of the Kirani James Athletic Stadium.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 will be in the grass area to the left upon entry of the Kirani James Car Park.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 will be allowed to park on Wesley College
grounds.

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 will be allowed to park at Gate 6.

𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬:

Tanteen Playing Field, Old Trafford Playing Field, and Grand Mal Playing Field.

Persons emerging from Grand Anse and Eastern Main Road are encouraged to utilise
Tanteen and Old Trafford, while persons coming from the west should make use of Grand Mal.

𝐍𝐁: Any spillover parking will be on one side of the Stadium Ring Road, opposite
Petrocaribe and Grenlec.

𝐍𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆:

𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬:

• Melville Street from the Fish Market to Keep Left.
• From keep left for Cherry Hill, inclusive of Queens Park Public Road.
• Cemetery Hill intersection with River Road to Purcell’s Lumber Yard.
• The left side of the stadium ring towards Darbeau direction.
• Mt. Rush public road from its intersection with Stadium Ring Road to the beginning
of the hill.
• River Road from its intersection with Cemetery Hill to Purcell’s Lumber Yard.

𝐎𝐍𝐄-𝐖𝐀𝐘:

At the conclusion of the events each day, vehicles will only be allowed to travel on the following roads in one direction, as stated hereunder:

• 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝, towards the De Caul roundabout.
• 𝐌𝐭. 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝, towards Mt. Gay
• 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥, towards Sans Souci

All emergency vehicles will travel along Cemetery Hill, Church Street, Grand Etang Road onto the General Hospital.
