Posted • Whenever we travel somewhere tropical, Zephyr is all about the fresh coconut water. After all, there’s nothing more refreshing and revivifying on a hot day. Our guide told us island doctors sometimes put coconut water in IV drips when people get dehydrated, but that might be a myth. Any medical professionals out there who can confirm or deny this claim?

It is spectacularly, naturally beautiful, with white-sand beaches and stunning waterfalls, a lush rainforest and a soil so rich, it’s said it can grow anything.
