On the 7th of September Wine Wednesday officially got back 🍷
Wine participants have tried the Vinome • ვინომე limited wines, which were first presented for the audience at Margo Wine Shop & Bar
🍷Rkatsiteli 2017 - produced only 200 bottles
🍷Rkatsiteli 2016 - 150 bottles
🍷Saperavi 2019 - 148 bottles

Due to the Wine Wednesday’s tradition the winner of the evening became Rkatsiteli 2017 fruity and elegant dry amber wine 🍷

Since this season Wine Wednesday would be held only twice per month. So see you soon with a small wine producer again who would present their wines for you!

My name is Tamuka Araviashvili and I am the organizer of Wine Wednesday Tbilisi 🍷
Around a year ago I started making a small wine tastings for expats in Tbilisi and here is the historical photo of the first Wine Wednesday Members.
I always say Wine Wednesday started with 5-6 people , wine enthusiasts and great supporters of me, who believed in my dreams and passion. Total strangers who joined random wine tasting and became close friends of me after a year. This was the moment when I started thinking “I can do the it myself and I will handle it” And with those guys I did 💪

And finally what is Wine Wednesday ? It’s a community of wine lovers , it’s a meet up opportunity for many and a place to find great friends. Here we taste different Georgian wines, learn how to taste wine as sommeliers and have a great Wine Wednesdays.

Is it financially beneficial for me? To be honest only sometimes yes sometimes not really 😀 but I don’t mind as I do what I really love and feels alive 🍷
