Job Description for MICE Manager
Position:
Job title : MICE Sales Manager
Location : Georgia
Starting Salary GEL 2000+Bonuses from realized projects

Job Description:
1. Actively assist in daily sales activities within MICE segments, to include
site inspections, sales presentations, budget management of different event projects.
2. Responsible for overall project management covering planning,
developing, organizing and implementing events.
3. Maintain good relationship with suppliers in order to tailor-make
different events for different market segments.
4. Prepare event reports, follow ups and monitor event performance.
5. Source and negotiate with service providers including Hotels, transport companies, production house,
AV companies, guides.
6. Responsible for the task force of event.
7. Meeting your own and your team’s sales goals and targets set by the
company.
8. Any ad-hoc assignments by the supervisor.
9. Actively assist in daily sales activities within MICE segments, to include
site inspections, sales presentations.
10. To response to related service deal tenders with bid management
strategies.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, hospitality industry, travel company,
or experience in hotel with solid MICE knowledge.
Strong market connection and inspiration.
Result driven, ambition, think out of the box and innovative sales plan.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both spoken and written minimum in 2 languages English-Russian/French.
Experience from Event Organizer would be added advantage.
Willing to travel.

✨ Tsinandali Estate, A Radisson Collection Hotel’s historic venue designed by Grata DMC was a host for an elegant evening of fine dining and a gregarious after party for 350 guests from Israel.
🍷 Of course, the main amenity of this party was one of the tastiest wines of the world - Wine from Kakheti vineyards!

1 stycznia 2023 r. rozpoczynamy z partnerami DMC nasz program CSR, którego celem jest wspieranie lokalnych społeczności i otaczającego nas świata. Razem z Wami chcemy wykorzystać posiadane zasoby, aby wspólnie zrobić coś pozytywnego. Jak ktoś mądry kiedyś powiedział; „Nie chodzi o to, ile dajemy, ale o to, jak wielu z nas daje choć trochę”, więc kierując się tym zdecydowaliśmy o naszym nowym programie:
- 📍 Od 1 stycznia 2023 r. za każdego uczestnika wyjazdu organizowanego przez nasze DMC, uczestniczące w programie DMC przekażą 1 euro na wybrany cel. Co roku będziemy współpracować z inną organizacją pozarządową/charytatywną działającą w Polsce. Co roku w styczniu będziemy ogłaszać z jaką organizacją w danym roku pracujemy przez następne 12 miesięcy, ale zawsze będziemy skupiać się na organizacjach charytatywnych, które są zaangażowane w zrównoważony rozwój, edukację ekologiczną lub pomagającą lokalnej społeczności i potrzebującym.
- 📍Oprócz wkładu naszych DMC zapraszamy również Was do przyłączenia się do nas w naszych wysiłkach-możecie Państwo przekazać dodatkowe 1,00 euro od uczestnika wyjazdu na wsparcie naszej inicjatywy.
